Energy Focus Inc., a Cleveland-based lighting manufacturer, has formed a strategic alliance with Woodstone Energy, LLC a commercial and industrial energy services company (ESCO) that designs and implements turnkey, energy-saving solutions for Fortune 50-ranked manufacturers around the globe.
