			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nora Lighting, Commerce, Calif., has appointed Warshaw Inc., Brooklyn, N.Y., to represent its fixture lines in New York City. Under the direction of President Howard Elman, Warshaw Inc (formerly Warshaw Electric) has served the greater New York City market for more than 40 years. In addition to Nora Lighting fixtures, the firm represents electrical, data communications, lighting and industrial products to electrical distributors.<br />
“Currently, Warshaw stocks over 1,000 Nora SKUs, but this will be increased to more than 2,000 Nora SKUs in the very near future,” said Fred Farzan, president of Nora Lighting, in announcing the appointment. Warshaw has over 90,000 square feet of warehouse capability and a fleet of delivery trucks, in addition to will-call orders. </p>

He came to the electric utility industry in 1997 and spent the following thirteen years successfully managing utility accounts in this same territory for another firm He is a longstanding officer of the Wisconsin Utility Suppliers Association, and is involved with the Electrical Equipment Representatives Association (EERA). He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.</p>
